Sarah McArthur

Sarah McArthur is the executive producer of the Telly Award-winning Defining Moments: The Life and Leadership of Quiet Revolutionary Frances Hesselbein. Founder and CEO of Leader to Leader Institute, Sarah is the editor-in-chief of the 19-time Apex Award-winning Leader to Leader journal, Our “Working Together” Leadership and Management System™ partner of former CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Ford Motor Company Alan Mulally, and former chief operating officer for world-renowned executive coach, speaker, and New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Marshall Goldsmith, Inc. She is author and editor of numerous books, including “Working Together”, Making Waves, Work Is Love Made Visible, and Coaching for Leadership. Sarah serves as an advisory board member of the Africa Feature Network, Sociis Group, and the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), and she is a founding member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches.

Alan Mulally served as executive vice president of the Boeing Company, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, and president of Boeing Information, Space and Defense Systems from 1969 to 2006, where he created and led Our “Working Together” Leadership and Management System™. He later served as president and CEO of the Ford Motor Company and as a member of Ford’s board of directors from 2006 to 2014.

Alexandra Pearce-Crump is an Executive Assistant and business owner specializing in business support, operations, administration, and project management. She works closely with leaders internationally to manage and optimize day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, and keep priorities on track. Alexandra holds a BA (Hons) Modern Languages degree in French, Italian, and Spanish. Having lived abroad and spent significant periods working from different countries, as well as traveling to more than 50 countries, she brings an international perspective and a strong interest in languages, cultures, communication, and the ways people connect and work together.

Bill Connolly is an AI advisor, executive coach, and producer who works with CEOs and senior leaders on how to lead, communicate, and build in an AI-mediated world. He is cofounder and CEO of The Digital Presence, creator of the Executive AI Gym, and a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches. Over more than twenty years in executive communications and digital production, he has advised and collaborated with Alan Mulally, Ram Charan, John Kotter, and Shawn Achor, producing the podcasts, video, and platforms that carry their work, including Working Together. His work in AI is endorsed by Tom Gruber, co-founder of Siri. He lives in Portland, Oregon.

Carrie Ward is a Real Estate Professional and Broker, Lehigh Valley Business Icon Honoree 2025, Philanthropist of the Year Women United of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley 2020, and Woman of the Year Bethlehem YWCA 2015. Carrie is a mom, a friend, a volunteer, and a guide through challenges. Her strength is communicating complex concepts and decisions in simple terms, within a stakeholder centric approach to ensure ownership of timelines and costs. Her stakeholders have changed from business executives to homeowners. She communicates strategies and the potential impacts, so they can be confident in decision-making.

Dr. Diane M. Ryan is a Lecturer at the Fletcher School and former Associate Dean at Tisch College, Tufts University. A combat veteran, she served 29 years in the U.S. Army, culminating as an Academy Professor and Director of the Eisenhower Leader Development Program at West Point.

Sue Neimeth spent over three decades leading financial services product development and marketing at large companies including Fidelity Investments, TIAA and MassMutual. She is currently an Executive Officer and sailing instructor at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, M.D. Ms. Neimeth holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Boston University School of Management.
